Eligibility

We provide high-quality in-home care that enables individuals to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes.

How it Works

All services include a thorough home care assessment to evaluate each client’s needs and preferences prior to initiation, an in-home safety check, conducted to identify potential hazards and offer solutions, and frequent in-home evaluations and ongoing caregiver supervision.

While our Private Care Services are paid for by the client or a long-term insurance plan, our Personal Assistance Services can be fully covered by Medicaid for those who are eligible. Our team is happy to help you determine your eligibility and apply for benefits. Click the “Apply Today” button below to fill out an online inquiry form, or call us at 210-922-2960 to set up an appointment with one of our representatives.

If you’re already a current Medicaid recipient, please note that continuous enrollment for Medicaid ended on March 31, 2023. It’s important for you to respond to any renewals or information requests from the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) to maintain your coverage. Please contact us if you need help completing your renewal package.
