Linda Smith, CEO: A San Antonio native, Linda is honored to give back to her hometown through her business. She finds her work extremely rewarding and considers her administration of home care a privilege and a blessing. She has over 30 years of experience working with the aged and disabled population in South TX.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and is on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau for Central, Coastal and Southwest TX. She is passionate about promoting ethical practices in the home care industry and serves on several committees for the the Texas Association of Home Care and Hospice (TAHCH). Linda’s faith in God inspires her day in and day out to care for those who need it most, resulting in 15 years of growth and success in the industry.
Paul Smith III, Vice President and CFO: Paul joined En Su Casa in 2006 after a 31-year career in telecommunications customer service. As Chief Financial Officer, Paul takes great satisfaction in helping families and their loved ones achieve comfort and happiness. He brings a passion for people and a long history of understanding how to connect with families in their time of need.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas – San Antonio, and serves on the Private Pay and Community Care Committees for the Texas Association of Home Care and Hospice. His Christian values provide a strong foundation for his passion and he feels blessed to be able to work in an industry where he can help others.
Lauren Ramon, Administrator: Since joining En Su Casa in 2014, Lauren works to maintain streamlined operations throughout our offices in San Antonio, Uvalde, and Eagle Pass by managing daily operations and support services, planning the use of material and human resources, and providing direction as necessary.
A native San Antonian, Lauren studied at American University until 2013. She is a devoted Spurs fan, and enjoys traveling and hiking during her time off.
Whitnee Ramos, Chief Compliance Officer: As CCO, Whitnee maintains the compliance for En Su Casa by overseeing audits and recoupments, ensuring agency policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed by all staff, and managing all necessary training requirements. In addition, Whitnee assists in supervising and directing the Private Pay department to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and revenue. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice (TAHCH) Private Pay Committee, in addition to her role on TAHCH’s Community Care Services Committee and EVV subcommittee.
Prior to joining En Su Casa in 2015, Whitnee studied psychology at Texas State University – San Marcos, where she began her first internship in the health care field. She is happy to have found a place at En Su Casa to channel her love for teaching and experience in healthcare.
